We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date so long as all items are in original condition (sizing sticker still on). Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our facility in Canada. Please start by emailing customerservice@boldandkind.com with your order # and we'll get you started. Funds are released back to the same method of payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back.
Final sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We accept all major credit cards. All of our transactions are handled on a secure server using bank-grade encryption. Payments can be handled through trusted third parties like Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
We offer a 2-year warranty on any manufacturing defects. Being a small Canadian business, the quality of our products is important to us. Please note, all plated jewelry is susceptible to wear over time. Regular wear is not covered by our warranty. Email customerservice@boldandkind.com with your order # to start a warranty claim. Note we'll ship warranty replacement items to the country on the original order.
