Balance Ring (18k gold)
The affirmation: “Balance looks different everyday.”
Design: This 18k gold plated ring is made of 5 elements, welded together in imperfect balance, as if caught in motion. When it sits on your hand, it encourages you to practice a little grace when you speak to yourself. Balance is tricky and rarely perfect. It's okay to not get everything exactly right immediately. Breathe. You're human and you've got this!
Band: 2mm. Central pillar: 2.5 cm.

Bold&KIND IS CANADIAN, WOMEN-OWNED & ON A MISSION.
Meet our Founder
Mishae Khan (Mish) is an ex-Googler turned designer. Too familiar with high stakes corporate jobs, family and overwhelming expectations from both, she built Bold&Kind when her own rings helped her manage her inner dialogue. “They became this wonderful, gold plated promise to myself you know? I wasn’t raised to think of myself first, in fact putting myself first felt selfish for the longest time. I was raised in a Pakistani home, with loving but strict parents that expected a lot. Those expectations can feel really heavy!” Her belief now is simple; we are too hard on ourselves. “We can absolutely achieve big things, but we don't have to grind ourselves into dust to do it. We need to give ourselves some grace. I find our self-talk is so powerful, but most of the time it goes unchecked and before you know it, your inner critic is in charge. You know that narrative that says we aren’t doing enough, being enough? It’s toxic.
I want women to know they are enough. They are! If I can get more of us - overthinking, high-achieving, full-life living - women to get out of our heads and face our inner critics, I’ll consider it a win.”
