Silence your inner critic
A self-talk experiment
We became a company because the experiment Mish (our Founder) ran on herself to change her self talk, worked.
Scrambling for a ledge at a time when she was drowning in expectations, Mish started using her jewelry to disrupt her auto-pilot. Her simple ritual of noticing her jewelry and allowing herself a moment out of the spiral was the start of an entirely new inner world. One that let her focus on what matters to her, not what the world defines as success.
Now with her designs, she invites you to do the same. "We're so hard on ourselves you know? Always thinking we have to go go go and be the absolute fucking best at everything. That shit's exhausting. Especially when you're focused on a to-do list you couldn't care less about."
Bold&Kind is here to challenge the shit we tell ourselves. Part affirmations, part jewelry, our pieces are a nudge to look beyond your auto-pilot & notice what you're saying to yourself. We are obsessed with ensuring that narrative is a kind one. This jewelry champions your transformation. Always in your overachieving, overstimulated and over-it corner.
More kindness, less everything else
Anti-Inner Critic
Mish used her rings as a secret note to self: say no if completing it will cost you your wellbeing. She'd wear her rings, use them as a signal to quietly check in on her self talk and slowly started her wellness journey. "My inner critic sounds like a gremlin that's compiled a list of everything I'm 'supposed to; be. Problem is, i never agreed to any of those standards." (Founder and Designer, Mishae Khan).
AFFIRMATIONS INTO JEWELRY
Steeped in meaning
Every Bold&Kind piece is about changing the words we're fed automatically into words we choose for ourselves. Part affirmations, part self-awareness champion, it's the most upgraded note to self you'll ever see.
Jewelry that champions your transformation. Every piece is steeped in meaning, designed by Mishae Khan and made of premium materials.
We are too hard on ourselves
Grounded in self-care
Everything we do is grounded in championing a simple belief: you are enough. No more feeling guilty for taking a break, going slower or saying no. It's okay to have huge goals. It's okay to not. There is no right answer so long as it works for you. Onwards to naps and snacks!
